Ordering policy

The sock exchange UK ltd (the company) reserves the right to cancel any item or order, for whatever reason. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings due to cancellation of any order. The company reserves the right to change or amend any product without prior notice.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full before any goods are released for delivery. All goods remain the property of the sock exchange UK ltd until the order placed is paid for in full. If payment is not received the order will be cancelled off the system.

Delivery Policy

Any order of £500.00 and over will be delivered free of charge in most parts of the UK. All other deliveries will be charged according to current Royal mail delivery rates. Other parcel delivery services are available according to your requirements. We can use various courier services to deliver our packages and will be able to provide you with a tracking number. Any delivery outside the UK must be paid for and arranged by the customer. From the date of order, most goods are delivered within 7 working days unless advised by our sales team. the sock exchange UK ltd can not be held responsible for any late deliveries while the stock is in transit or otherwise.

Returns Policy

The company will only accept returns for any manufacturing fault.
In this case the customer must return the damaged goods to the sock exchange UK ltd at their own carriage cost. A credit note will be issued accordingly.
